Online UAE Trademark Search Beta Application Launched

Benjamin Jr. L. C (Oct 16, 2014)

We have recently launched a new feature of our website, an Online Trademark Search and Published Trademark checking web application. It is currently under testing and is accessible using this link

The unavailability of an Online Trademark Search in the U.A.E's Ministry of Economy Trademark Office prompted us to develop our own Trademark Search System using all available copies of Official Gazettes issued by the Trademark Office as data sources.

The web application is open to the public and can be used to perform initial Trademark Searches and reviews before ordering an official Trademark Search or application. Contents of latest Official Gazettes issues are immediately extracted and stored to the web application's database hence allowing any IP Consultancy Firms to check if their Request for Publications are included or released using Filing Numbers or Word Marks as search terms. An Official Gazette's page containing the search terms matches is attached in any search result items and directly available for download.

Please note that this is not a replacement to the U.A.E's official Trademark Search procedures.
