E-Trademark Publication Fees Increase in Saudi Arabia

Please be informed that we received an advice from Saudi Trademarks Office that they have increased the publication fees effective January 15, 2014.

Kindly note that the actual publication fees of US$270 (i.e. SAR1,000) will be subject to the following increase:
  1. Applications filed before February 15, 2014 will be subject to an increase of US$135 (i.e. SAR500) , therefore the total Official publication fees will be US$405 (i.e. SAR1,500);
  2. Applications filed after February 15, 2014 will be subject to an increase of US$540 (i.e. SAR2,000), therefore the total Official publication fees will be US$810 (i.e. SAR3,000).
Therefore, we shall charge you the increase in the publication fees as above (in addition to our professional charges) upon acceptance of all your applications in Saudi Arabia.

We are very sorry for this uncertainty because this is beyond our control.
