New Regulation on Payment of Patent Examination Fees in U.A.E

The U.A.E Patent Office has released a new regulation on the payment of examination fees. All examination fees for patent applications should be paid within 90 days from the applications date and upon completing the supporting documents. New regulation will commence on November 01, 2014.
